I have always worked out in phases, short phases, then tire, find excuses, and move on. I have been known to spend, or waste, money on gym memberships, workout tapes, and equipment that have gone unused. Despite good intentions, it has always been difficult to find a workout plan that suited me. My preference, to be honest, has always been jogging, but with weak knees and tight calves, I would inevitably get hurt, and again my phase of trying to get into shape would end.

Luckily, Loyalty Fitness found me because I happen to work in the same building. Mindy approached me in the lobby, and with her incredible energy, she talked me into a free session. I was skeptical, but Mindy sold me on the idea to give the slow and intense workout a try. I warned her not to be offended if I didn’t stay long as I only work out in short phases. Well, almost two years later, I am still here. This is by far the longest phase I have ever maintained.

They have gone above and beyond in creating an individualized workout program that incorporates exercises specific to my needs.

I have had the great opportunity to work with all of the trainers in the Greenwich studio. They are incredibly kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. In our sessions, they have motivated me to not only strengthen my muscles to look leaner but also to protect my knees, calves, and really any joints that older age has affected. They have gone above and beyond in creating an individualized workout program that incorporates exercises specific to my needs. They have taught me to safely use the machines, do wall-sits and bridges with weights, and has also taught me to better my posture, all of which I would not have received or successfully implemented in another program, gym, or workout class. The attention to my needs, the focus to always push, slow down when lifting, and to increase weights appropriately has completely changed the way I feel and exercise. I am now able to jog without any pain. I now know it is safer to exercise because, for the first time, I have muscles to protect my joints.

I truly could not be happier and could not recommend Loyalty Fitness with more enthusiasm. It is safe to say, I don’t foresee this phase ending anytime soon.
