Loyalty Fitness has been there for me at very important moments. First prehab for a knee replacement, then rehab afterward. Most recently, the weight loss challenge kicked me into gear after New Year’s. The workouts, encouragement, and accountability have made the difference. Going from XL to L feels as good as it looks.
